We want you to be completely satisfied with your NEST New York purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original luxury packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
